Healthy Foods are classified as foods that help your body with healthy growth. Foods that must in your lunchbox are fruits, meats, vegetables, peanuts and although not a food, water. Any fruits such as apples, oranges and bananas contain vitamins that are necessary for your body to function. Meats such as chicken, beef or lamb contain essential proteins and nutrition that neither vegetable nor fruits contain which are essential for your growth. Anything that is green (vegetables) is generally healthy for you as they increase your metabolism, which is something that our body gathers energy from. Without metabolism, you can’t live. Peanuts are good for you as they prevent your body from getting diseases. A handful of almonds a day 10-15 can decrease the chance/risk of getting cancer.
